Last summer, care was provided to a 26 year old woman who was going to be maid of honor in her best friend’s wedding. As a result of receiving cold cap therapy through our program and the Inova Schar Cancer Institute infusion clinic, this young woman was able to keep her hair and participate fully with confidence in her friend’s wedding.
